peaseblossm asked: Hi! There's a PHO 75 in Reston, VA and a PHO 75 in Herndon, VA. What's the deal? I live in Reston. Will I get the same great food at one of these locations?? Thanks!
There is a PHO 75 in Herndon that is apart of the Pho 75 branch and then there is “pho RESTON 75” which is just another random chain that is not affiliated with Pho 75

allibush21 asked: Do you make a vegetarian pho (with vegetarian broth)?
We do not. Our “vegetarian” option is a bowl with no meat. However, at the Rockville one, their vegetarian option comes with vegetarian broth and actual vegetables.

Great to see that even Anthony Bourdain likes Pho 75!

We sell Shirts! See those dope ass shirts that the workers there wear? If you’ve ever felt the urge to rock one, they sell for just $15 and they come in L and M.

jayevee asked: Long ago, you had soda chanh (lemon soda) on the menu, & the servers would be angry every time we ordered it--until it was marked out in black & then removed from the menu completely. If you offer lemonade, you have the same ingredients to make soda chanh except club soda/seltzer...wondered why you stopped serving it. Could serve it with a can of it to mix yourself. Tried asking about it a while back & they got angry again ("NO lemon soda!"); then the guy next to us said he wished you had it too
The cost was too high. Although a lot of customers ask for things (to be put on the menu), when it is on there, people just don’t order it. That’s a pity since I liked it also

ktyler71 asked: Exactly what locations do you own? Was it your Philly location on the episode of Anthony Bourdain's Layover -- Philadelphia?!
We have 3 locations in VA, 2 in MD and 2 in Philly. Yes, the 1122 Washington Ave was recently featured in Anthony Bourdain’s The Layover. Hooray for free publicity

kbelohlav asked: Do you serve alcohol?
I’m sorry, we do not. It would get pretty hectic if we did

“Do you have spring rolls?”
People come into Pho 75 and consistently ask, “why don’t you have spring rolls?”
The reason is, we are a Pho restaurant. We know what we’re good at and we stick to it. There’s a reason our Pho is the best in the area and that’s because it takes a full day to prep the broth, meat, and greens for the next day. You add in Spring rolls to the combination and it becomes a bigger hassle then it’s worth. If you like good Pho, come to Pho 75, if you’re looking for summer/spring rolls and other dishes, go to a Vietnamese restaurant.
